Focus on internal structure: levels of engagement for non-consortium members, travel/expert budgets, and the need to clarify roles and communications. Proposed solutions included short recap moments, a potential network builder role, and brief initiative pitches to spot synergies.

Engagement expectations and support (travel, fees) must be explicit. Communication/role clarity is a current bottleneck. Frequent, lightweight recaps improve alignment. A dedicated network builder could accelerate connections. Short show-and-tell slots surface collaboration opportunities.

Publish a simple engagement charter (roles, supports, expectations). Pilot monthly 5-minute recap recordings. Define/finance a network builder function. Schedule rotating 3-minute pitches from members. Map internal processes to reduce friction.

Overhead without ownership; unclear mandates; engagement fatigue.
