Coglobal

Coglobal is a non-profit organization based in Málaga (Spain) that currently coordinates the Nets4Dem network’s capacity-building activities. We support public institutions, schools and civil society to develop and sustain high-quality citizen participation and participatory innovations. We combine training, mentoring and communities of practice, with a rights-based, safe, inclusive and accessible approach. We help teams strengthen their skills, adapt methods to their context and follow through on results in ways that are clear and meaningful for the community. We prioritise diversity and equity, active listening and intergenerational collaboration, creating conditions for participation to have a real impact. Within Nets4Dem, we foster peer exchange, open resources and a shared learning agenda, so that more organisations can adopt quality standards for democratic participation.

Organisation

As one of the founder members of Nets4Dem, we expect to connect with peers to exchange methods and evidence, co-lead working groups on child and youth participation, scale pilots across territories, and contribute to Nets4Dem’s open governance (co-creating standards, resources, and activity roadmaps). We look for synergies on training, mentoring, and experimentation
