The purpose of this meeting is to establish the strategic and operational framework for the implementation of the Nets4Dem project and to promote inter-partner exchange and collaboration for future teamwork.
Objectives
- Ensure clarity on project scope and mutual responsibilities
- Agree on project processes for maximum synergies and impact
- Review select critical outputs already advanced by partners
- Foster collaboration and a sense of team for our joint work to come
